Privacy policy

Nothing is sold here, nothing is played here, and no account exists. What is kept is what a telephone booking needs.

  4. A count of visits to these pages, aggregated, never tied to an individual and never profiled.

  3. Financial and licensing records: seven years, as the law requires.

Your rights

What you may ask of us, and of the regulator

Can I see what you hold?

Yes — ring or write, and we will send you everything filed under your name, usually the same week.

Can I have it corrected or deleted?

Corrected at any time. Deleted whenever there is no legal reason left for us to keep it, which for a booking is straight away.

Who else sees it?

Our web host and our accountant, both under confidentiality obligations. Nothing is sold, traded or handed to advertisers.

What if I think you have handled it badly?

Tell us first and we will fix it. If that does not satisfy you, complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which is your right under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
